Item damaged or quality issue?
Have you received a damaged or defective item? Please contact us as soon as possible. Send an email to info@pordora.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- A photo of the item in question
The sooner you contact us and include a photo, the sooner we can find a suitable solution for you.
Received the wrong item?
Did you receive the wrong item? Then please contact us immediately via info@pordora.com with:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you ordered
- The name of the item you received
- A photo of the received item
We will resolve this for you as soon as possible.

Right of withdrawal
Under the applicable European consumer protection rules, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving reasons. Important: The right of withdrawal takes effect the moment your package is deemed delivered. This is the case when the track & trace status indicates "Delivered". As long as your package is still in transit, the right of withdrawal cannot yet be invoked.
Withdrawal form
How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
- The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the moment of delivery
- Within this period, send us an email to info@pordora.com with your order number and stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal
- The return costs are the responsibility of the customer
- The item must be returned unused, in pristine condition, and in the original packaging
- After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method
